摘　　要：闲宅是嘉靖以后贬废罪宗的羁押所,闲宅之设,一则是因为高墙规模无法承荷,再则是由于各王府宗室重犯遣送高墙,路途遥远,沿途供亿,扰害地方。闲宅管理,制仿高墙,它具有高垣深池的外在形式和全封闭式的内部严格管制。由于朝廷主要依靠藩府亲王去约束,并未委派专员监管,闲宅犯宗的管理很快出现约束不力,出入自由等问题。Abandoned house is custody for derogatory and repealed Guilty Royalty after Jiajing,whose establishment was firstly because of the limited scale of high walls.Secondly,serious criminals of royal clans were repatriated to high walls from distant places,received all along the way which caused riots to locals.The management of custody imitated high walls with a deep pool and high wall from outside and fully enclosed by strict controlling from inside.Since the court mainly relied on the Imperial Prince and did not send any commissioners to supervise custody,which soon brought about problems like free access,bound lax and so on.
