摘  要:采用不同工艺制度对X70管线钢进行系列热处理试验,并利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等显微仪器研究了热处理工艺对试验钢组织性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着淬火/回火温度的升高,试验钢铁素体体积分数增加,延伸率大幅度提高;受M/A岛及碳化物分解、析出强化、位错密度降低等因素影响,硬度出现波动起伏现象。在750℃淬火、保温30min工艺条件下,试验钢综合性能优良,达到X70级抗大变形管线钢低屈强比要求。A series heat treatment tests are performed on X70 pipeline steels with different technical processes and the evolvement of microstructure and properties of experiment steels influenced on heat treatment are studied by optical microscope (OM) and scan electric microscope (SEM). The results show that the ferrite volume faction of experiment steel is increasing with the quenching/tempering temperature increasing, hence the elongation of the materials increases. Effected by the decomposition of M/A islands and carbides, the precipitation strengthening and the dislocation density decreasing, the hardness shows fluctuation phenomena. Quenched at 750 ℃, holding for 30 min, the comprehensive properties of the experiment steel are superior and meet the low Y/T ratio (ratio between yield strength and tensile strength) requrement of high deforination X70 pipeline.
