摘　　要：近几年,南疆三地州农村文化建设取得了一定的成绩,但依然存在诸多问题。如若这些问题不能得到及时解决,将会阻碍南疆三地州新农村建设及新型农民的培养。提出了从政府、组织、农民三个角度切入分析存在诸多问题的主要原因,希望通过此分析为进一步加强南疆三地州农村文化建设提出新思路和新对策奠定基础。In recent years, a lot of work has been done in cultural construction in rural areas of the Three Prefectures in Southern Xinjiang. But there are still many problems, such as,the utilization of public culture facilities is insufficient, the number of cultural organization is small, its potency is unsubstantial and individual culture is not active. If these problems can not be solved in time, it will prevent the construction of new countryside and the training of new farmer. Through on-the-spot investigation, the group has analyzed the main causes from the three perspectives of government, organization and individual. This paper is to provide new ideas and new countermeasures for the future construction of rural culture of Three Prefectures in Southern Xinjiang.
