摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导经皮穿刺植入125Ⅰ放射性粒子治疗肿瘤的护理。方法对20例行CT引导经皮穿刺植入125Ⅰ放射性粒子治疗的恶性肿瘤患者,进行充分的术前准备及护理、术中配合与术后护理。结果 20例患者均手术成功,在不同程度上缓解了症状、延长了生命、提高了生活质量。结论 CT引导经皮穿刺植入125Ⅰ放射性粒子治疗恶性肿瘤,是安全、有效、微创、并发症少的一项新技术,充分的术前准备、术中配合与术后护理,对保证手术顺利、预防并发症及提高粒子植入的疗效具有重要的作用。Objective To investigate the nursing measures of malignant tumors treated with implanted 125 Ⅰradioactive particales guided by CT.Methods We carried out sufficient,active preoperative nursing,operative cooperation and postoperative nursing for 20 cases of malignant tumors peritemls treated with implanted 125 Ⅰradioactive particle guided by CT.Results The surgery of the 20 patients who were implanted 125 Ⅰ radioactive particle guided by CT was successful to relieve symptoms.It prolonged life and enhance life quality to some extent.Conclusion The measure of implanting 125 Ⅰ radioactive particle guided by CT is a new technology with advantages of safety,effectiveness,minor injury,and few complications.The sufficient preoperation,operative cooperation and postoperative nursing care are important for ensuring operation,preventing complications and improving the effect of implanted particles.
