单臂外固定架治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨单臂外固定支架治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用单臂外固定支架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者28例。结果 28例均获得3~8个月的随访,根据Harris评分标准：优11例,良12例,可4例,差1例。优良率达82.14%。结论单臂外固定架治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折操作简单,并可减少并发症,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical result of the unilateral external fixator external fixation for Intertrochanteric fracture of oldest old.Methods 28 cases were treated by unilateral external fixator external fixation for Intertrochanteric fracture.Results All the 28 cases were followed up for 3~8 months.Acorrding to the Harris scores ：11 cases were excellent（92±1.8） point,12 cases were good（84±2.4） point,4 cases were acceptable（75±1.3） point and 1 case was dissatisfied 68 point.The excellent and good rate was 82.14%.Conclusion It is an effective and simple method to deal with the intertrochanteric fracture of oldest old,which can reduce the complications.
