摘　　要：本文通过构建农一师新型团场评价指标体系,来综合评价农一师建设新型团场实现程度,研究分析存在的问题,提出加快新型团场建设的对策及建议。We comprehensively assess the degree of new-pattern state farms realization in Nong Yishi by establishing the evaluation index system.Meanwhile,we analyze the existing problems and try to put out some suggestions and countermeasures about how to set up the new-pattern state farm in a short time.
