摘 要:合成了叠氮基和炔基海藻酸钠,并利用亚铜离子催化的叠氮基与炔基之间的环加成点击化学反应制备了海藻酸钠水凝胶.用FT-IR对水凝胶的结构进行了表征.扫描电镜和溶胀行为的研究表明通过点击化学制备的海藻酸钠水凝胶具有较大的孔径和pH敏感性,是潜在的生物医用材料.与其它通过化学交联制备海藻酸钠水凝胶的方法相比,本方法制备条件温和、快捷方便.Alginate derivatives bearing side chains endowed with either azide or alkyne terminal functionality have been synthesized.When the solutions of tow derivatives were mixed together in the presence of Cu(I) catalyst,the alginate hydrogels were formed by the click chemistry between azide and alkyne.The chemical structures of the alginate derivatives and hydrogels were characterized by FT-IR.The results of SEM and swelling behavior exhibited that the hydrogels had a macroporous structure as well as pH responsive.In comparison to other methods of preparation alginate hydrogels via chemical cross-links,this strategy is quicker and more convenience.
