云南普通高校就业指导工作存在的主要问题及对策

摘　　要：通过对云南省8所普通高校就业指导管理部门和1000名在校本科学生的问卷调查,以及部分专职就业指导员、任课教师、学生的访谈,查阅相关资料,归纳分析云南普通高校就业指导工作存在的主要问题,提出相应的对策建议:高校应重新认识和定位就业指导工作;多渠道筹集教育经费,增加对就业指导经费的投入;健全就业指导机构,淡化就业指导机构的行政管理色彩、强化服务职能;实现就业指导人员的专业化、职业化和全员化;就业指导形式应多样化、个性化、网络化和科学化;就业指导内容应系统化、过程应全程化,毕业生就业状况的统计和跟踪调查应系统化、常规化、制度化。Through choosing questionnaires of 8 colleges and 928 students,interviewing part of the instructors,teachers,and students,looking up the related dates and describing major problems existing in vocational guidance of the universities in Yunnan Province,this paper gets the corresponding countermeasures：colleges and universities must recognize and reset the role of the vocational guidance;must raise educational fund from many channels,and increase the investment in vocational guidance;must perfect vocational guidance institution and strengthen service functions;must realize the vocational counsel staff professionalization,and the form of vocational guidance should be diversified,individualized,networked and scientific;vocational guidance contents should be systematic,and the process should be whole-process;the employment status statistics and the tracking survey of graduates should be systematic,routine,institutionalized.
