摘　　要：目的通过早期护理干预,提高重型脑伤患者的存活率,减少并发症和残疾率,提高生存质量。方法 184例重型脑伤患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组通过急救干预,提供对患者的生命支持和预防并发症,协助康复。结果早期护理干预达到了预期的目的。结论护理人员的高度专心,对于"三基"的熟练掌握,不断的学习创新是提高护理干预手段的前提保证。objective To improve the survival rate and the life quality of the severe brain injury patients by the method of early nursing intervention,and reduce the complications and the disability rate at the same time.Methods 184 cases who underwent severe brain tumor were divided randomly into two groups：control group（92 cases） and intervention group（92 cases） which were offered active treatment to prevent the complications and to improve the prognosis.Results Early nursing intervention could effectively improve the prognosis of the severe brain tumor patients.Conclusion Responsibility,sound professional knowledge and unremitting desire for knowledge are the prerequisite to strengthen the professional competence of the nurses.
