中国中青年男性全血比粘度参考值与海拔高度的曲线模型分析

摘　　要：为制定中国中青年男性全血比粘度参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.收集了中国272 个单位用毛细管法测定的16 473 例健康中青年男性全血比粘度参考值,用曲线回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度之间的关系.发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,中青年男性全血比粘度参考值按指数律也在逐渐的增大,相关性非常显著(R=0.910);推导出了一个曲线回归模型Y= 4.36×1.000 132x ±1.20.如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度,就可以用回归模型估算这个地区的中青年男性全血比粘度参考值.Aim:Provide a scientific basis for laying out an unified standard of the reference value of Chinese adult and young men′s whole blood contrast viscosity.Method:the reference values of 16473 Chinese healthy adult and young men′s whole blood contrast viscosity tested in 272 areas are collected,a research is made about relationship between the reference value of Chinese adult and young men′s whole blood contrast viscosity and altitude by using curvilinear regression analysis.Result:It is found the reference value of Chinese adult and young men′s whole blood contrast viscosity gradually increases by index law, as the altitude gradually increases, the correlation is quite significant ( R =0.910).One curvilinear regression model is given: Y =4.36×1.000 132 x ±1.20.Conclusion:If altitude of a particular area is known,the reference value of Chinese adult and young men′s whole blood contrast viscosity in this area can be established by using regression model. According to the dependent relationship of Chinese adult and young men′s whole blood contrast viscosity with altitude, China can be divided into three districts: Qingzang, central and eastern district.
