摘  要:从不同的发育途径,对桑属组织培养的影响因素进行总结和回顾。在过去的30年中,桑树的试管内再生在许多品种都取得了显著的成就,尤其以M.alba、M.indica的研究最多。以往的研究证实,不同种桑树组织培养条件在激素和基础培养基选择方面存在很多相同之处,但是相比草本植物,无论通过直接还是间接器官发生途径,桑树作为一种木本植物要通过组织培养获得成功移栽的再生植株仍面临较大的困难,而且标准化的器官发生和成熟的体胚发生过程仍有待发展。Through different developmental pathways,the influencing factors of morus tissue culture was summarized and reviewed.In the past three decades,mulberry regeneration in vitro has made a remarkable success in many species,and the research was mostly done by M.alba and M.indica.Past work has revealed that the selection in hormone and basal medium is much the same though the culture conditions are different.However,as a woody plant,it is hard to successfully obtain regeneration plant of mulberry through tissue culture in vitro no matter in direct or indirect organogenesis compared with herbaceous plant.And the standardized organogenesis as well as the process of mature somatic embryogenesis for different species still needs to be developed.
