摘　　要：针对工程交易方式选择的特点,研究了多目标综合评价中指标权重确定的随机性问题,提出了一整套完备、简洁的工程交易方式决策指标体系,建立了工程交易方式随机赋权法综合评价模型。在评价者给出指标权重为区间数条件下,采用随机赋权法确定指标权重,应用蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)模拟法,分析权重变化对综合评价结果的影响,并通过实例,对该评价模型进行分析计算。结果表明,该模型和求解方法是有效、可行的。Aiming at the characteristics of construction project transactions mode,we study the stochastic problem in determination of the index weight in multi-goal comprehensive evaluation.We propose a complete and brief decision making index system and establish construction project transactions mode based on stochastic weight assignment method.Under the condition that the index weight given by evaluator is an interval number,the stochastic weight assignment method is used to determine the index weight.Combined with Monte Carlo simulation,we analyze the influence of weight changes on the comprehensive evaluation results.The case analysis shows that the model and solution methods are effective and feasible.
