摘 要:在Pd - Ag - Cu 合金中添加0-5 ~2 wt% 的Pt, 0-5 ~5 wt% 的Mn , 0-5 ~10 wt% 的Ni, 0-01 ~0-5 wt% 的Sm , 研制出2 种用于玻璃釉电位器的电刷材料Pd - Ag - Cu - Me1 和Pd - Ag - Cu - Me2 合金。分析2 种钯基合金材料的物理性能, 加工硬化、时效特性和组织结构, 结果表明, 添加微量Sm 能有效改善材料的耐磨性能。与进口材料TY- 70 和美国J. M. MEY 公司的专利高强度合金Palliney - 7 合金等弹性电刷合金相比, 上述钯基合金材料具有更高的强度和硬度, 可替代TY- 70 和Palliney - 7Adding 0 5~2 wt% of Pt,0 5~5 wt% of Mn,0 5~10 wt% of Ni,0 01~0 5 wt% of Sm to Pd-Ag-Cu alloy,both Pd-Ag-Cu-Me 1 and Pd-Ag-Cu-Me 2 alloys researched and were produced.They are suitable for the electric brush material which used in glass glaze potentiometer.The mechanical properties,work hardening and ageing behaviour of the two Pd-base alloys have been studied.The results indicated that additive of trace element Sm could improve wearability effectively.Comparing with TY-70 and the high strenth patent alloy-Palliney-7 from J.M.NEY Co.of America,the two Pd-base alloys have had super strength and hardness,and could used to replace TY-70 and Palliney-7 alloy for electric brush and elastic sliding contact materials.
