摘　　要：店坡新村立足自身优势,顺应住宅郊区化发展的趋势,提出了"住宅郊区化"、"绿色健康城"的开发理念。规划率先让地段价值逐步弱化,使超越地段的环境影响力得到强化。店坡新村的建设将成为太原市住宅郊迁的先锋实践,也是对住宅郊区化规划模式的有益探索。Based on their slope advantage,and compiled with residential suburbanization trends,Dianpo District proposed a concept of＂residential suburbanization,＂＂green and healthy city＂.They planned lead to the gradual weakening of the value of the lot,so that beyond the environmental impact of the lot to be strengthened.The construction of Dianpo would be a pioneer in the practice of residential suburbs,and provided exploration for residential suburbanization.
