摘　　要：文章从降低车门闭合力来提高整车性能的理念出发,对车门关闭过程进行了受力分析,讨论了设计和制造对闭合力的影响因素,提出了降低闭合力的几种方法,为闭合力调整提供了借鉴与经验,并对闭合力设计标准起到了参考作用。In order to improve the performance of car, we will reduce the closing force of car door. This paper analyzes the fi）rce in the process of closing door of car. Discuss the affecting factors in design and manufacture in detail, and put forward some methods to reduce the closing force of car door in the end. The experience and reference are provided in adjusting and designing.
