摘　　要：文章介绍了当前北部湾经济区存在着的诸多社会问题,如果不因势利导加以治理,必将影响区域经济与社会发展大局。应该以发展"低碳+特色"农业为纽带,深入探讨复兴农业经济、改善农村生态环境和促进城乡人才的合理流动这三大关键问题的解决途径,进而促进其他农村社会问题的妥善解决,为北部湾经济区的经济与社会和谐发展奠定坚实基础。Curently there are many social problems in north Bay Economic zone. If it doesn＇ s be made the best use to contool, will affect the ouerall regional economic and social devecopment. We should develop ＂low-carbon ＋ characteristics＂ agricultural economy, improving the rwral ecological environment and promoting the rational flow of rural talent to solove three key problems in this way. Make the proper settle- ment of other rural sovial problems, laying a solid fowndation for the economic zone of the northern Gulf and the development of social harmony.
