摘　　要：本文介绍一种新型蛙心灌流实验装置的制作和使用方法.本装置是一种利用血压换能器记录蛙心灌流的实验装置,其具有插管容易,蛙心存活时间长,蛙心工作模式直观性强的优点,且可以提高学生的兴趣.用此装置观察了前、后负荷以及激素、电解质对心输出量的影响实验,其测量结果的准确性与传统的记录方法或其他改良装置的测量结果相一致.This paper describes the production and use of a new type of frog heart perfusion apparatus. The new type of frog heart perfusion apparatus uses the pressure transducer to conduct the experiment. This new experimental method is simple and more intuitive with high objectivity and accuracy. At the same time, this apparatus can improve students＇interest. The measurement accuracy of the results using this device to observe the influence of cardiac output experiments before and after the load, hormones and electrolytes is consistent with that of using the traditional method of recording devices or other improved apparatuses.
