摘　　要：本文围绕基础地理数据编制地图的主题,阐述了编制地图应用软件的选择、技术路线、基础地理数据的转换、地图要素取舍和自动符号化等技术研究与开发应用以及实现依据基础地理数据快速编制地图的工艺流程。Regarding the subject of map compilation by foundation geography data,this paper elaborated the software＇s choice,technical route,foundation geography data transformation,map essential factor choices,automatic symbolic technology research and development applications,map compilation application,and the process for map compilication by GIS data.
