微波组织凝固合消炎生肌膏治疗痔60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察微波组织凝固(MTC)合消炎生肌膏治疗痔的临床疗效。方法将120例痔患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例采用MTC合消炎生肌膏治疗;对照组60例采用传统外科手术治疗。2组均治疗1周,随访90 d。观察2组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间;术后30 d统计2组疗效,90 d观察2组复发率。结果治疗组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);2组总有效率、复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 MTC合消炎生肌膏治疗痔具有手术、住院时间短及出血量少、复发率低的优点,疗效优于传统外科手术。Objective To observe the effect of microwave tissue coagulation（MTC） combined with Xiaoyanshengji ointment on the treatment of haemorrhoids.Methods 120 patients with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients in treatment group were treated with MTC combined with Xiaoyanshengji ointment.60 cases in control group were treated with conventional surgery.2 groups were treated for a week,followed 90 days.The operation time,blood loss and hospital stay were observed in two groups.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 30 days of surgery.The recurrence rate was observed after 90 days.Results The operation time,blood loss and hospital stay in treatment group were less than the control group（P0.05）;There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate and recurrence rate（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion MTC combined with Xiaoyanshengji ointment has shorter surgery and hospital stay,less blood loss,low the recurrence rate,more effective than traditional surgery.
