摘　　要：通过对带砂套冒口水平分型金属型铸造４６０ｍｍ磨球的冷却过程的测温、倾翻以及磨球跌落试验断口特征的观察，分析了磨球凝固过程液固面的移动、晶粒形态、补缩过程及获得致密铸球的途径。The moving of liquid/solid front, morphology of grain, and feeding process was analyzed after observing the cooling process of 60mm grinding ball cast in permanent mould having feeders with sand sleeves, the features of fractures resulted from toppling and dropping tests of balls. The ways to produce dense cast balls with was proposed. The way to produce sense cast ball was proposed.
