摘  要:目的观察仙鹤草水提液对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠的影响。方法建立D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老模型,以Y型电迷宫检测其学习记忆能力,分别采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、TBA比色法测定大脑SOD活性和MDA含量,观察小鼠服用仙鹤草水提液后上述指标的变化。结果与D-半乳糖模型组相比,仙鹤草水提液中、高剂量可提高衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力(P<0.05),增加D-半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠大脑SOD活性、降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。结论仙鹤草水提液能改善D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠的多项体征。Objective To study the effect of Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb on aging mice induced by D-galactose so as to provide the experimental evidence for the application of Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb to protect and cure the neurodegeneration diseases. Methods With the model of aging mice induced by D-gal,the learning memory ability of mice was measured by using Y-maze.The contents of SOD and MDA in the cerebrums were determined by xanthine oxidation or TBA colorimetry,the variations of above indices of mice after treatment with Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb were observed.Results In D-gal+ Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb(middle an d high doses)groups,the abilities of learning-memory of aging mice were remarkably improved,the activities of SOD increased and the MDA content decreasd remarkablv in the cerebrums of mice compared with D-gal model group(P0.05).Conclusions Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb can ameliorate aging symptoms in mice induced by D-gal.
