摘　　要：针对部队应急军事行动公路运输保障中的难点问题,通过精确计算运力需求,合理调整运力并判断运力是否充足,提出了运力不足时的相关对策,实现了部队应急军事行动公路运输保障中运力的合理使用。This paper aimed at the difficulties in the highway transportation security of forces emergency military action.Through accurate calculation capacity demand,reasonable adjustment capacity and judging capacity whether enough,it put forward related countermeasures when capacity is not enough,realizing reasonable capacity using in the highway transportation security of forces emergency military action.
