摘　　要：针对军队院校内部组织间协同关系中的利益分配问题,分析了影响利益分配的主要因素,建立了组织间协同的利益分配模型。通过实例证明该利益分配方法合理可行,具有一定价值。Aimed at the profit allocation during the synergy among interior organizations in the military academies,this paper analyzed the main factors effecting profit allocation,and established the model of the profit allocation during the synergy among organizations.This method for profit allocation is proved to be feasible and reasonable by practical example analysis,which has the certain value in application.
