摘　　要：贯彻落实训练大纲要求，汽车分队必须注重战场针对性训练，以提升战时运输保障能力。从构建训练内容体系、完善训练方法、突出训练重点、加强场地建设等方面进行了分析探讨，希望解决“练什么”、“怎么练”等问题。To meet the demand of Military Training Outline and enhance the transportation supporting capability in wartime, automobile transportation units must strengthen battlefield relevant training. This paper discussed several aspects, such as establishing training content system, perfecting training methods and highlighting training emphases ,hope to settle the problems of training content and training approaches.
