摘  要:目的:探讨那格列奈对2型糖尿病患者早时相胰岛B细胞功能的影响。方法:选择2010年2月~2011年2月本院初诊为2型糖尿病患者36例,所有患者均给予那格列奈治疗,周期为2个月。比较治疗前及治疗2个月后患者血浆葡萄糖、胰岛素及血浆糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:①那格列奈治疗效果明显,患者口服糖耐量试验各时段血糖水平与治疗前比较均有较明显降低(P<0.05)。②治疗后,血浆糖化血红蛋白平均为(6.1±1.4)%,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗后,口服糖耐量试验30、60min胰岛素水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后胰岛素分泌峰值出现在60min,180min时恢复到较低水平。结论:那格列奈能够有效降低2型糖尿病患者血糖,促进早时相胰岛素分泌。Objective:To investigate the effect of nateglinide in the early phase of type B islet cell function in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:36 cases type 2 diabetes patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011 were chosen.All patients were treated with nateglinide for two months.The glucose levels,insulin levels and plasma glycated hemoglobin levels before after treatment were compared.Results:①Compared with before,the glucose level of oral glucose tolerance test were much lower(P0.05).②After treatment,the mean plasma glycated hemoglobin levels were(6.1±1.4)%,compared with before,there were statistically differences(P0.05).③After treatment,the 30 min and 60 min insulin levels were higher than before(P0.05).2 months after treatment the insulin peak were in 60 minutes,In 180 minutes they returned to low level.Conclusion:Nateglinide can effectively reduce blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes,and promote early phase insulin secretion.
