摘　　要：目的:观察PFNA内固定联合药物治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:对28例患者采用PFNA内固定术配合鲑鱼降钙素注射液或喷鼻剂加服钙尔奇D片治疗,对其进行追踪随访。结果:本组患者手术及住院期间无死亡;术后随访6～20个月,28例骨折患者全部愈合;术后功能评价:优22例,良4例,差2例,优良率为92.86%。结论:PFNA内固定联合药物治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折能有效促进骨痂的生长,加速骨折的愈合,减少了患者的卧床时间,促进了早期功能锻炼和患髋的功能恢复。Objective：To study the effect iveness of PFNA combined with drug in the treatment of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods：Twenty-eight cases of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures were reated with PFNA combined with Miacalcic in combination with D-Calfor were followed-up.Results：There was no dead cases in operation and duration of hospital stay.All of the patients were followed-up about 6-20 months and the fractures were all fealing.Postoperative function evaluation showed excellent was 22 cases,good was 4 cases and poor was 2 cases.The ex cellent and good rate was 92.86%.Conclusion：In treating osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures,PFNA combined with drug can efficiently promote growth of osteothlus,accelerate union of fractures,reduce the time in bed,and facilitate funct ional recovery.
