摘　　要：目的:观察曲马多缓释片联合护理干预对骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法:将112例创伤性骨折术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组术后给予曲马多缓释片口服及常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予针对性的护理干预措施。结果:观察组术后疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.01),睡眠质量及满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而72h内曲马多的用量则明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:曲马多缓释片联合护理干预能有效缓解骨折患者的术后疼痛,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective：To observe the effect of tramadol sustained-release tablets combined with nursing intervention on postoperative pain in patients with traumatic fracture.Methods：112 postoperative cases with traumatic fracture were divided randomly into observation group（n=56） and control group（n=56）,the control group received orally tramadol sustainedrelease tablets and conventional nursing,moreover,the observation group received nursing intervention measures.Results：Compared with the control group,the observation group had lighter postoperative pain,higher sleep quality and content rate,and smaller dosage of using tramadol in postoperative 72 hours（all P0.01）.Conclusion：Tramadol sustained-release tablets combined with nursing intervention can effectively lighten postoperative pain in patients with traumatic fracture and enhance their content degree to nursing service.
