盐酸坦洛新治疗输尿管下段结石疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价盐酸坦洛新治疗输尿管下段结石的临床疗效。方法:将100例输尿管下段结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,结石直径小于1.0cm。对照组给予司帕沙星0.2gqd,治疗组给予司帕沙星0.2gqd+盐酸坦洛新0.4mgqd,每例患者治疗观察期不超过2周。观察结石排出率、结石排出时间、镇痛治疗使用率。结果:2周内结石排出率,对照组为18例(36%),治疗组为40例(80%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平均排石时间对照组、治疗组分别为(11±3)、(5±3)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2周内肾绞痛发作而需要镇痛治疗者对照组、治疗组分别为10例(20%)、3例(6%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2周内两组均未出现明显副作用,无因不能耐受而退出者。结论:应用盐酸坦洛新在治疗输尿管下段结石的辅助排石方面安全、有效,可明显提高结石排出率、缩短排石时间,减少强止痛剂使用率。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tamsulosin hydrochloride in treatment of inferior ureteral ston.Methods：100 patients with inferior ureteral ston were randomly divided into the treatment group 50 cases and control group 50 cases.Stone diameter of less than 1.0 cm.The control group received sparfloxacin 0.2 g qd,the treatment group received sparfloxacin 0.2 g qd ＋ tamsulosin hydrochloride 0.4 mg qd.Each patient treatment observation period was not more than 2 weeks.Observed the discharge rate of stone,stone expulsion time,analgesia usage.Results：The stone expulsion rate within 2 weeks,the control group were 18 patients（36%）,the treatment group were 40 patients（80%）.There was significant difference（P0.05）.The average expulsion time of control group and treatment group were（11 ±3） days and（5± 3） days respectively,there was significant difference（P0.05）.2 weeks of onset of renal colic requiring analgesic treatment,the control group and treatment group were 10 cases（20%） and 3 patients（6%）,there was significant difference（P0.05）.In the 2 weeks,both groups had no obvious side effects,no subject withdrew because they couldn＇t rely on those.Conclusion：Tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of inferior ureteral ston is safe and effective,it can significantly improve the stone expulsion rate,reduce expulsion time and reduce the usage of strong painkillers.
