小号双腔气囊尿管不同注液量与漏尿的探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察小号双腔气囊尿管气囊注入液体量预防漏尿的效果。方法:对本科2009年7月～2010年12月收治的60例因病情需要留置尿管的患者,分为实验组和对照组各30例,均按无菌操作导尿术程序留置尿管,选择小型号尿管进行留置导尿,留置尿管后采取针对性护理措施,实验组尿管气囊注入灭菌用水10ml,对照组尿管气囊注入灭菌用水15ml,比较两组尿管气囊内注入液体量对预防漏尿的效果。结果:实验组尿管气囊内注液量对预防漏尿的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小号双腔气囊导尿管气囊注水10ml,可增加舒适度,减少刺激,减少残余尿,能有效避免刺激膀胱三角肌造成痉挛,有效地预防漏尿的发生。Objective：Foley catheter balloon observation of small volume of fluid injected into the effect of preventing leakage of urine.Methods：Division in July 2009 to December 2010,60 patients were treated for the disease in patients with indwelling catheter required,divided into experimental and control group 30 cases,according to aseptic catheterization procedures indwelling catheter,Choose a small model catheter for catheterization,indwelling catheter care and take appropriate measures after the experimental group,balloon catheter into the sterile water 10 ml balloon catheter into the control group,15 ml of sterile water were compared catheter The amount of fluid injected into the balloon to prevent leakage of urine results.Results：Injection of liquid balloon catheter to prevent leakage of the total effective rate was significantly higher（P0.05）.Conclusion：The small Foley catheter balloon 10 ml of water,increase comfort and reduce the stimulation,reduction of residual urine,and can effectively avoid the deltoid muscle stimulation caused by bladder spasm,effectively prevent the occurrence of leakage of urine.
