摘　　要：目的:分享硬脑膜外血肿的诊断与治疗经验。方法:回顾分析2011年1月50例硬脑膜外血肿患者的临床资料。结果:治愈31例,意识障碍消失,失语和语言不清者好转,意识清楚,肌力好转;病情加重7例,经二次手术后好转;死亡12例,包括院前抢救5例。结论:硬脑膜外血肿是临床急症,及时诊断,有效治疗,才能挽救生命,减少致残。Objective：To share epidural hematoma diagnosis and treatment experience.Methods：Reviewed 50 cases clinical data of patients with epidural hematoma in January 2011.Results：31 cases were cured,some of them were improved who lost consciousness,aphasia,and languages were unclear,clear consciousness,muscle strength improved;condi tion worsened in 7 cases,improved after the second operation;death in 12 cases,included pre-hospital emergency treat ment in 5 cases.Conclusion：Epidural hematoma is a clinical emergency,prompt diagnosis and effective treatment can save lives and reduce disability.
