摘　　要：介绍一种新型的由单片机控制的自动检测仪器———钢丝绳计长仪,其测量方式为实时在线非接触测量。钢丝绳通过该计长仪即可测量出钢丝绳的长度,对钢丝绳的生产工艺流程无影响。与传统的机械式钢丝绳计长仪相比,测量精度和可靠性有显著提高。A novel instrument for steel wire rope length on line non contacted measurement is introduced,which is controlled by a microcontroller.When the steel wire rope passing the instrument,its length is obtained.And there is no effect on the technological process.Compared with traditional mechanical instrument,the precision and reliability of non contacted instrument are higher.
