金属型浇注铝活塞用保温冒口套的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种以漂珠、附加保温材料和水玻璃粘结剂混制而成的保温冒口套。验证结果表明:该冒口套具有保温效果好,寿命长,价廉,制作工艺简单,是进口冒口套的替代品,具有推广应用价值。A kind of insulating sleeve combined with hollow particles, added insulating material and sodium silicate adhesive is introduced. Test results show that it has the advantages of good insulation effect, long life, low cost and simple making process. It is the substitutor of import insulating sleeve and has widely applied prospect.
