湿润烧伤膏联合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗难愈合伤口的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏联合穴位注射(双侧足三里)黄芪注射液治疗难愈合伤口的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机按1:1分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规清创基础上加用湿润烧伤膏外敷、黄芪注射液双侧足三里穴位注射;对照组给予常规清创外敷凡士林纱条。两组均给予原发病及营养支持等治疗。结果治疗组治愈率为86.67%,对照组治愈率为50%,治疗组治愈率优于对照组;治疗组肉芽组织出现时间及治疗天数明显较对照组缩短。结论湿润烧伤膏联合穴位注射(双侧足三里)黄芪注射液可促进肉芽生长,创面愈合快,提高了治愈率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointiment （MEBO）and injecting Astragalus Membranaceus in Zusanli（ st 36）in the treatment of chronic ulcers. Methods 60 patients with chronic ulcers were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group add to use MEBO, and injecting Astragalus Membranaceus in tsu san li（ st 36 ） ; on a regular basis to debridement add to apply cointment vaseline, the two groups give the treatment of pr/mary disease and nutrition. Results Treatment group recovery rate is 86. 67%, control group recovery ratc is 50%, Treatment group appearance granulation tissle around the time and treatment in the days is shorter than control group. Conclusion MEBO com- bing with injecting Astragalus Memhranaceus in tsu san li （st 36 ）can grow granulation tissle, wound healing fast, promting recovery rate.
