摘　　要：文中提出一种基于负逻辑的数控机床运动轴硬限位保护装置的设计方案,并在一台VM650型数控铣床(西门子802S系统)上添加了硬限位保护装置,解决了机床因线路断开或接触不良等现象导致硬限位无效的问题。In this paper,a negative logical design of numerically-controlled machine tool motive axis＇ hard position limitation protection device is introduced.And the hard position limitation protection device is installed for a VM650 NC milling machine（Sinumerik 802S system）.The hard position limitation protection device based on negative logical design has solved the fault caused by line separation or bad contact.
