摘　　要：根据化工企业特点设计开发了一个基于Java2企业版(J2EE)平台技术短信平台系统,加入网络服务(Web Service)接口这种新的分布式计算机模型对Web上数据和信息进行有效的集成。并对J2EE平台技术和Web Service的基本概念和体系框架以及短信平台的设计构架进行介绍,提出了该短信平台在化工企业中的应用方案。Focusing on the specifics,a SMS platform system is designed and developed in this paper.Web Service,which is a new type of distributed computer model,and an effective scheme of data information integration is introduced into the SMS platform.Basic concept and framework of J2EE,Web Service and the design of SMS platform is introduced,and some SMS application proposals in chemical enterprises are listed.
