摘 要:在低氧分压气氛下氧化HP40合金,在合金表面形成具有抑制催化结焦能力的氧化膜,并采用X射线能量色散谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析氧化膜的元素成分、物相结构、表面和截面形貌,用热重天平分析氧化膜的增重规律,用结焦实验评价氧化膜的抗结焦性能。结果表明:经低氧分压处理后,在金属表面形成的氧化膜由表及里分为3层,分别为MnCr_2O_4尖晶石层、Cr_2O_3层和SiO_2层,氧化膜的厚度约为2μm,氧化温度为900℃时氧化膜的结焦抑制率可达到90%,氧化膜可有效抑制丝状催化焦炭的产生。The anti-coking oxidation film was prepared on HP40 alloy surface in low oxygen partial pressure atmosphere. The oxidation film composition, phase structure, surface and cross section morphology were analyzed by means of X-ray energy dispersive spectrum(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), and the mass increase law of the oxidation film was analyzed by thermogravimetry. The anti-coking properties of the film were investigated through coking experiments. The results showed that the oxidation film was composed of MnCr204 spinel, Cr2O3 and SiO2 from the outside to the inside. The thickness of the oxidation film was about 2 μm. When the oxidation film was formed at 900℃, and the anti-coking ratio reached 90%.The oxidation film could inhibit catalytic filament coke formation effectively.
