摘　　要：文章提出了一种基于SOA的自动电话网管理系统的解决方案,利用Web Services建立了服务接口代理,提出了基于XML的信息交换格式,采用SOAP作为传输协议,较好的满足了自动电话网管理系统的可集成性、重用性、可定制性和可移植性。文章针对实际情况,还进行了安全性设计。A project of the SOA-based system for automatic telephone network management is proposed. In the project, web service distributed technology is used to carry out the network management interface issues, and the XML is adopted to exchange a format. And SOAP is introduced to be the transmission protocol. The project can meet the need for integration, reuseability, customization and portability. Proposals about the security issue are also given.
