手法整复加外固定治疗66例锁骨外1／3骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察运用手法复位外固定配合中药调治及功能锻炼治疗闭合性锁骨外1／3骨折。方法：对66例锁骨骨折患者运用提按升降手法整复、肩—肱—胸外固定术复位，再以绷带外固定。结果：手法复位均1次成功，外观无畸形，触诊无明显骨性突起。结论：运用本方法治疗闭合性锁骨骨折，患者恢复快，痛苦小，效果好。Objective To observe the use of manipulative reduction and external fixation and functional exercises with medicine modulating for treatment of the closed fracture. Methods 66 cases of clavicle fractures were raised by the use of manipulative movements, shoulder-Brachial-ehest fixation reset, then external fixation bandage. Results Manual reduction are a successful, look no deformity, no obvious bony palpation. Conclusion This method is the treatment of closed fracture, it is patients recover faster, less painful, and effective.
