摘  要:目的分析耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的耐药状况,了解葡萄球菌耐药的流行病学特征。方法对251株临床分离的葡萄球菌进行耐药性检测,分析其药敏试验结果。结果251株葡萄球菌中,金黄色葡萄球菌162株,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin—resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)62株,阳性率为38.3%;凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌89株,其中耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(methici Uinresistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus,MRCNS)63株,阳性率为70.8%;所有菌株对万古霉素均敏感。结论耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌对抗生素的耐药状况较为严重;未分离出万古霉素耐药株。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of methicillin-resistantStaphyloeoocus (MRS),and to study the epidemiology of drug resistance in Staphylococcus. Methods Drug susceptibility tests were performed for 251 Staphylococcus strains clinically isolated. Results 62 (38.3%) out of 162 Staphylococcus aureus strains were methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)strains, and 63 (70.8%) out of 89 coagulase negative Staphylococcus strains were methicillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus (MRCNS) strains.Conclusious Drag resistance in MRS is increasingly serious.MRCNS strains are more popular than MRSA in clinic.
