妇科门诊患者心理护理方法及效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科门诊患者心理护理方法，并评价其临床效果。方法选择398例患者，分为观察组（198例），对照组200例，观察组实施护理心理干预．对照组实施常规护理，比较两组患者护理干预后心理状态种类以及生命体征。结果观察组紧张、焦虑及恐惧情绪评定Ⅰ级者低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组患者就诊时心率明显快于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论良好的心理护理，对于妇科门诊患者，能减轻患者心理压力，稳定患者情绪。Objective To study psychological care in patients with gynecological clinic methods and evaluation of clinical results. Methods 398 patients were divided into observation group （198 cases）, control group （200 cases）, the implementation of nursing observation group psychological intervention in the control group received routine care, patients were compared types of nursing intervention and psychological vital signs. Results The observation group tension,anxiety and fears assessed grade were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, heart rate in observation group was significantly faster than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The good psychological care for the gynecology clinic patients can reduce the psychological stress of patients and stable the mood of patients.
