摘　　要：运用纯中医方法治疗肺部感染102例，取得满意疗效。通过对此类病人的护理，笔者认识到细致的病情观察，正确掌握中药的煎服方法、准确给药，准确辨别病人的排病反应，充分发挥中医外治法的神奇疗效，在疾病治疗过程中起到举足轻重的作用。而对病人实施辨证饮食调护和加强情志护理，可大大促进病人的康复，避免了医疗纠纷的发生，提高病人满意度。Using pure Traditional Chinese medicine to cure 102 pulmonary infection patients,and got content curative effect. While nursing these patients, the author find that observing the patient＇s condition meticulously, commanding how to decoct Chinese Medicine by the right way,how to drink the medicine, distinguished the patient＇s platoon sickness response accurately, helping exert Traditional Chinese Medical＇s surgical remedy sufficiently. All these do＇a lot of job in curing illness,and give patients foods fits their entities and enhance to their emotions,both can improve patient＇s recovering and avoid to medical tangles happened,increasing patients＇ degree of satisfaction.
