抗CCP抗体、RA33抗体和IgG-Rf因子在类风湿性关节炎中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗-CCP)、RA33抗体和类风湿因子IgG—Rf对类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床诊断价值。方法:选择RA患者65例、非RA患者50例健康体检者50例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测抗CCP抗体、抗RA33抗体,应用免疫透射比浊法检测IgG—Rf。结果:抗CCP抗体、RA33抗体和IgG—Rf对RA诊断的敏感性分别为58.5%、33.9%、75.4%;特异性分别为98.0%、97.0%、81.0%。结论:抗CCP抗体、RA33抗体对RA诊断的特异性优于RF(P<0.05),可作为RA诊断的特异性血清学指标;RF与抗CCP抗体和RA33抗体同时检测用于RA的诊断是临床的最佳选择。Objective： to study the resistance to ring the melon acid peptide antibody （CCP）, RA33 fight- antibody and rheumatoid factor- to Rf IgG rheumatoid arthritis （RA） the diagnostic value. Method： choose RA65 patients, the RA patients 50 cases the healthy check - up 50 cases, application ELISA test （ELISA） detection of CCP antibody, the RA33 antibody, application of immune transmission than turbidity method to detect IgG-Rf. Results： the CCP antibody, RA33 antibodies and IgG-Rf. The diagnosis of ILk sensitivity of 58.5%, 33.9% and 75.4% respectively; Specificity of 98.0%, 97.0% and 81.0% respectively. Conclusion： the CCP antibody, RA33 antibodies to the specificity of diagnosis RA than RF （P 〈 0. （15）, can be used as RA specificity of diagnosis; serological index RF of CCP antibodies and RA33 antibody and tested in RA diagnosis is clinical best choice.
