护理安全告知书在ICU中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理安全告知书在危重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)护理工作中的应用效果。方法对2010年1-6月144例ICU患者(设为对照组)实施常规入院告知,对2010年7月-2011年1月150例ICU患者(设为观察组)实施护理安全告知。比较两组患者家属满意度及投诉率。结果两组患者家属满意度及投诉率比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,通过护理安全告知后,提高了ICU患者家属满意度、降低了投诉率。结论护理安全告知可促进护患沟通,提高ICU患者家属满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of the nursing safety notification during daily nursing care in intensive care unit.Methods The routine hospital notification was implemented to 152 ICU patients from January to June of 2010（the control group） and the nursing safety notification was implemented to 163 cases from July 2010 to January 2011（the observation group）.Patients＇ family members＇ satisfaction and complaint rates were compared in the two groups.Result The use of nursing safety notification was associated with a significant improved satisfaction rate and complaint reduction（P 0.05）.Conclusion The use of nursing safety notification could improve the communication between the nurses and the patients,and enhances the ICU patient family＇s satisfaction,which is worthy of clinic application.
