摘　　要：目的探讨采用氧氟沙星凝胶治疗居家老年患者浅度溃疡期压疮的效果。方法选择因脑血管疾病、老年性痴呆长期卧床患浅度溃疡期压疮的居家老年患者45例,随机分为实验组(23例)及对照组(22例)。实验组创面采用氧氟沙星凝胶治疗,对照组采用传统方法。比较两组压疮的治疗效果。结果实验组患者压疮治疗总有效率为100.0%,优于对照组的70.0%,两组比较,χ2=5.88,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论氧氟沙星凝胶是治疗浅度馈疡期压疮的理想药物,是一种安全、方便、有效的方法,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of compound collagen and ofloxacin gelatin on superficial bed sore of aged patients at home.Methods Forty-five aged patients with bedsore due to long-term bedding because of cerebrovascular disease and senile dementia were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group（23 patients） and the control group（22 patients）.The experimental patients were given compound collagen and ofloxacin gelatin,and the patients in the control group were treated by the traditional therapy.The therapeutic effect for the bedsore in the two groups was compared.Result Significant differences were found in the total effective rates between the experimental group（100%） and the control group（70%）（P 0.01）.Conclusion Compound collagen and ofloxacin gelatin is a safe,effective agent for superficial bed sore of aged patients and is worth wide use.
