摘  要:为了消除高碳轧辊激光熔覆过程中引发的裂纹,设计了一种微米级的合金化陶瓷粉末,采用CO2激光器对冶金轧辊表面实施合金化处理.利用金相显微镜、显微硬度计对合金化层的硅微组织和硬度进行了研究。结果表明,在激光输出功率P=2.2KW,扫描速度V=5mm/s,光斑尺寸D=3mm的条件下进行激光合金化,涂层与基体为冶金结合,涂层的显微组织细化,合金化层平均硬度为基材区2.To eliminate cracks of roller with high carbon cladded by laser, a kind of alloying ceramic powder was designed, and the roller was alloyed by CO2 laser. Microstructure was investigated by optical microscope (OM) , the cladding layer and the substrate was measured using micro-hardness tester. The experimental results indicate that the excellent metallurgical bonding is obtained between alloying layer and snbstrate. Microstructure of alloying layer is refined and the average value of micro-hardness of alloying layer is approximately 2.5 times larger than that of substrate. The optimized technological parameter is that laser output power is 2.2 kW , the scannin/speed is 5mm / s . beam diameter is 3.0 mm.
