摘　　要：本文介绍了定模螺纹模具设计的方法，而驱动螺纹的马达安装在后模，并把产品倒装，采用点浇从内部进胶，并用螺纹加推板方式最终完好的把产品推出，虽然增加了模具设计及加工的难度，成本也相相应增加，但生产出来的产品品质非常优异。This paper introduces scheduled to die thread die design methods, and the drive motor installed in the post-threaded model, and flip the product, the use of point of pouring into the plastic from the inside, and push the board with a screw plus the ultimate way to launch the product intact, Although the increased diflficulty of mold design and processing, relative to a corresponding increase in cost, but the quality of the products produced is excellent.
