摘　　要：目的: 探讨我国基本药物制度中物流配送方面的现状和困境,提出相应的看法和建议。方法:通过对基本药物制度实施过程中物流配送体系存在的问题进行分析,借鉴国外经验,提出相应的建议。结果与结论:基本药物制度物流配送管理应法制化和规范化,要充分利用有利的物流资源,实现基本药物制度物流配送体系的现代化良性发展。Objective To explore the actuality and problems of logistics distribution system in the essential drug system and then propose reasonable advices and suggestions based on the analysis. Mothods： Through analyzing the problems in essential drug logistics system in China and advanced foreign experiences, we gave constructive recommendations accordingly. R..~mll~ end Conclusions： The management of logistics and distribution in essential drug system should be institutionalized and standardized to fully utilize logistics resources and to guide the rational development of logistics and distribution system.
