规范医疗事故责任人处置的做法与体会

摘　　要：做法2006年制定并实施了《某军医大学医疗事故责任人处理暂行规定》。1.广泛调研,分析制定《规定》的必要性;2.多方求证,确保《规定》内容的科学性;3.深入调研,论证实施《规定》的可行性;4.统一认识,确保执行《规定》的严肃性。效果医务人员的责任意识、医疗安全意识、自我保护意识不断提高,遵守法规、制度的自觉性普遍增强,医疗事故的发生率和医疗信访频次逐年下降。体会1.领导要下得了决心;2.机关要拿得出办法;3.专家要放得下架子;4.医务人员要密切配合。Methods In 2006,Temporary Regulations of Handling Medical Malpractice（Second Military Medical University（TRHMM-SMMU）was developed and implemented.1.A systematic survey was conducted to analysis the necessity of TRHMM-SMMU.2.Evidence from all aspects was collected to assure the scientific.3. An in-depth survey was conducted to explore the feasibility.4.An education program was conducted to assure the seriousness.Results：The awareness of responsibility,medical safety and self-protection of medical staff increased. The consciousness of follow regulations and principles was improved.The incidence of medical malpractice and medical complain/dispute decreased.Conclusion：The following factors helped to facilitate the standard procedure to handle medical malpractice responsibility：1.leaders determination,2.executive to provide methods,3. medical professors＇ helps,4.medical staff＇s cooperation.
