药品费用控制在军队医院药事管理中的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨医院进一步加强合理医疗合理用药、降低药品费用的管理手段。方法分析医院药事管理工作的重要性和各种措施的效果。结果在多种措施的共同作用下,药费比例得到有效控制,用药不合理现象明显减少。结论单一的管控手段难以全面、科学、有效地控制药费及药费比例的不断增长,结合本医院实际,制定适合的综合措施,从多角度遏制过度医疗、过度用药是加强医院内涵建设、适应医药卫生体制改革的重要工作。Objective To study the measures on drug cost control and rational use.Methods To analysis the effects on drug cost and the importance of pharmacy administration in hospital.Results and Conclusion The single control method is difficult to hold the growth of drug cost and its ratio to the reasonable level effectually. The hospital should develop the suitable and composite measures to curb the excessive growth and unreasonable medical to reinforce connotation construction and comply with medical health system reform.
