摘　　要：在国家新医改的大背景下,军队医院必须加强运营成本尤其是采购成本管理,从而提高医院的经济效益。本文对当前军队医院采购成本难管控的原因进行分析,并结合医院实际就军队医院控制采购成本进行探讨。The national new medical reform has been gradually carried out.The army hospital must enhance the management of operating costs,specially purchasing cost in order to improve hospitals economic benefit. In this paper,the reasons were analyzed for the difficulty of the management and control cost in the army hospital, and measures to control purchasing cost were proposed in army hospital based on the actual situation.
